One of our recent seminars, Construction Defects & Claims Cost Mitigation, was certified by the California State Bar for continuing education units. In this seminar, we present the sequence of events in the construction of residential buildings, and elucidate the potential at each stage for construction defects to occur.
Construction Defects & Claims Cost Mitigation is approved for one hour of participatory credit for continuing legal education. During this multimedia presentation, participants will gain a further understanding of the various elements of the construction process with a particular emphasis on how these elements can manifest in a construction defect lawsuit.
