Claims included water intrusion through roofing assemblies, stucco wall and window systems, and membrane waterproofing materials at public courtyards and walkways over the parking structure.
45,000 sf plantation home, involving allegedly defective EIFS siding. BHA provided an evaluation of defects and repair costs. BHA assisted in settlement of a $750,000 for less than $80,000.
